The ideal candidate will have proven success shipping products in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments, experience leading consolidation of multiple product lines into unified platforms, and the ability to launch large-scale, high-value products with clear commercial impact. Strong AI literacy with experience shipping AI-/ML-enabled products, significant experience presenting to boards, customers, investors, and public audiences, and a demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategic vision with the operational discipline required to deliver consistently are also essential. The candidate should be strategic in orientation, with the ability to be hands-on to diagnose issues, remove blockers, validate direction, and deliver outcomes, and possess high emotional intelligence to align diverse stakeholders and create cohesion.
