The Chief of Staff (COS) at Voyager Technologies, Inc. serves as the operational foundation of the executive office, acting as a strategic advisor and organizational architect. This role involves leading the executive team's operating cadence, driving enterprise priorities from strategy to execution, and representing Voyager externally at industry events and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) discussions. The COS is instrumental in building organizational infrastructure and ensuring alignment across all business units.

Key responsibilities include serving as the CEO's primary strategic partner by challenging assumptions, pressure-testing priorities, and providing candid counsel on decisions spanning organizational design, market positioning, and capital allocation. The COS leads the executive team's operating rhythm by architecting agendas, driving meetings, capturing decisions, assigning ownership, and tracking commitments to closure. Additionally, the role involves representing Voyager publicly at industry conferences, engaging directly with M&A targets and strategic partners, and driving cross-functional execution on enterprise initiatives across engineering, operations, business development, talent, finance, and compliance.

Required qualifications for this position include a master's degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, MPA, or equivalent) and over 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or military/government service within the defense, national security, or space sectors. Candidates should have at least 2 years in a Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy, or equivalent role supporting a CEO, President, or General/Flag Officer. Direct experience in the defense, national security, and/or space industries, along with a working understanding of the government contracting landscape, is essential. Demonstrated experience building organizational capability and infrastructure in a high-growth environment with limited existing processes is also required.
