Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Remote
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale global marketing efforts within the VoIP / UCaaS space.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in B2B, SaaS, and channel marketing, capable of balancing partner-driven growth and direct demand generation while building a high-impact marketing organization.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST)
• Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute the global marketing strategy across both channel and direct sales motions.
• Drive the transition toward a more balanced go-to-market approach (partners and demand generation).
• Build and manage relationships with IT partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Develop and implement a scalable marketing playbook, including KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Lead and align external agencies and distributed marketing teams.
• Identify and grow strategic partnerships that support business expansion.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform strategy.
• Optimize marketing budget allocation and maximize ROI.
• Strengthen overall brand positioning and market presence.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles (CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing)
• Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, telecom, or cloud communications
• Proven experience in channel marketing and partner ecosystem development
• Experience working with VoIP / UCaaS companies (e.g., RingCentral, Nextiva, Dialpad) is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in scaling marketing strategies and teams
• Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
