Eurofins Micro Lab is seeking a Chef.fe d'Agence to lead its Mayotte branch. As the agency head, you will be responsible for implementing company policies and ensuring adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QSSE) standards. Your role will involve managing human, material, and organizational resources to deliver high-quality services.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing your team by managing schedules, monitoring performance, and organizing training sessions. You will plan interventions, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures, and oversee the quality of services through test controls, product management, and schedule monitoring. Additionally, you will participate in laboratory technical activities, including conducting tests and measurements, and engage in sampling operations. Maintaining safety standards, implementing corrective actions, conducting audits, managing client and supplier relationships, expanding the client portfolio, and overseeing the agency's budget are also integral parts of this role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bac +2 to Bac +5 degree in a scientific field and possesses 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Technical and managerial skills are essential, along with autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of microbiology is advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed salary.
