Doctolib is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its dynamic sales team in Nantes. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the digital transformation of healthcare professionals by promoting Doctolib's innovative solutions. As a Senior Sales member, you will contribute to the collective success of the team by sharing best practices and supporting your peers, all while focusing on expanding Doctolib's client base.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of qualified prospects through Salesforce, developing tailored conversion strategies for physicians and specialists, and engaging in intensive outbound prospecting activities. You will navigate complex sales cycles to maximize conversion rates and continuously refine your sales techniques to meet and exceed targets. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
To excel in this position, you should have 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales and prospecting, preferably in a demanding sector. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with the ability to adapt your approach to various interlocutors. You should be comfortable managing your activities autonomously, effectively prioritizing tasks, and have a proven track record of surpassing sales objectives. A keen sense of empathy and active listening is crucial to understanding the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals.
