Channel Sales Manager (Shenzhen)
Formlabs is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our professional 3D printing solutions in China. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing sales channels, managing partnerships, and enhancing our brand presence in the region. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to bringing cutting-edge 3D printing technology to designers, engineers, researchers, manufacturers, and artists worldwide.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing healthy sales channels across China. Key duties include managing partnerships to maximize sales, setting ambitious targets for current partners and enabling them to exceed these goals, attending trade shows with partners to increase lead flow, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all clients.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in channel sales roles, primarily in B2B hardware sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving ambitious targets. Additionally, a minimum of three years in sales leadership roles is required, along with significant experience in channel sales and service. Experience in developing and deploying go-to-market strategies is essential, and direct management of marketing and/or services is considered a plus.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from ¥350,000 to ¥450,000 CNY. Formlabs offers a comprehensive compensation package, including equity in the form of RSUs, reflecting our commitment to shared success and growth.
