Change Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our development team in Valencia, Spain.

In this role, the Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing the release management process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of release notes, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. Key tasks include verifying release types, checking task identifiers, reviewing the correctness of release note content, and ensuring all related forms are properly completed. The Change Manager will also provide feedback to the Platform Release Manager, process comments from the NJ Release Note Manager, and handle communications with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) regarding release approvals and rejections.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of release management processes and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in business communication is essential, as the role involves regular correspondence with regulators and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial for success in this position.
