Cell-Based Assay GMP Team Leader

Eurofins is seeking a Cell-Based Assay GMP Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves leading daily operations within a fast-paced, collaborative Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, focusing on cell-based assays, ELISAs, and 96-well plate workflows. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in method qualification and serve as a key technical resource during audits and client interactions.

Key responsibilities include performing cell-based assays, ligand-binding ELISAs, Lumit assays, and cell-death assays with precision. The Team Leader will oversee the qualification and transfer of analytical test methods, ensuring consistent execution that meets GMP standards. Additionally, the role involves meticulous documentation of all work in lab notebooks or electronic systems, verifying data integrity, and maintaining audit-ready records.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field, along with over four years of hands-on industry laboratory experience in a GMP setting. Proficiency in cell-based assays, reporter-gene assays, ELISAs, 96-well plate workflows, multi-channel pipetting, cell culture, cell counting, and cell banking is essential. Demonstrated leadership experience focusing on team engagement, morale, and retention is also required.
