Case Manager - Personal Injury
The Case Manager is responsible for handling Personal Injury cases from intake through the pre‑litigation stage, ensuring effective coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys.
Schedule
• Full‑time availability, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre‑litigation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing case updates.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and follow‑ups with providers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and bills.
• Ensure case progress by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury in California
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of pre‑litigation PI workflows.
• Experience with Filevine or similar software (preferred).
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).
