Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals, is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Case Manager to join their team in Medford, Massachusetts. This role involves assisting attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and managing a varied caseload.

As a Case Manager, you will interact daily with existing and potential clients, both via telephone and in person. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records from providers, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and communicating with clients and providers throughout the course of treatment. You will also interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, maintain organized case files, and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster. Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is preferred. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, with a typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute.

This full-time, on-site position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Morgan & Morgan provides an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
