Case Manager Lead

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Manager Lead to oversee a team of five case managers and manage approximately 50 high-value cases. This role reports directly to the Pre-Suit Attorney and collaborates closely with Trial Attorneys to ensure effective case management throughout the litigation process.

The Case Manager Lead will supervise and mentor the case management team, conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations, and implement efficient case management strategies. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under attorney supervision, monitoring case timelines and deadlines, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and organizational policies. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process optimization and technology integration to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidates should have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, with 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is also preferred. Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute is required.

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
