Case Manager in Training

Responsibilities include ordering medical records from providers, preparing comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under the supervision of an attorney, investigating case details, negotiating deductions of outstanding medical balances with providers, and preparing necessary documents and correspondence to facilitate settlements.

Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, insurance adjusting, or a related role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer programs, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities, are also required.
