Case Manager in Training

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a qualified Case Manager in Training. This role is designed to provide comprehensive support and training across various legal case teams, preparing candidates for future Case Manager positions. The position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is not eligible for remote work.

As a Case Manager in Training, you will rotate through different teams, shadowing experienced Case Managers, ordering medical records, investigating case facts, preparing demands, assembling supporting documentation, and drafting settlement-related correspondence. This hands-on experience is intended to develop your skills and knowledge for a transition into a Case Manager role.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Insurance Adjuster, or in a support role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in computer programs, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, is required.

Compensation for this role starts at $22 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
