Case Intake Specialist - CSR

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Case Intake Specialist to join their team in Longwood, Florida. As the first point of contact for potential clients, this role is pivotal in offering support and reassurance to individuals facing challenging situations. The Case Control Center operates seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, requiring candidates with flexible availability, including weekends.

In this position, the Case Intake Specialist will conduct consultations with potential clients to determine if the firm can assist them. Responsibilities include collecting and inputting data regarding prospective cases, scheduling appointments for callbacks, sending and obtaining signed retainers via email or text, and managing both inbound and outbound calls. The role also involves resolving client issues professionally and efficiently.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for college education. Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities. The role requires proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute and excellent writing skills while navigating multiple software applications.
