The Card Supplier Enrollment Associate at Tipalti is a key member of the global team dedicated to expanding revenue by onboarding suppliers to accept and receive virtual card payments. This role involves direct engagement with vendors to assess their payment capabilities and facilitate their integration into Tipalti's virtual card payment system. Tipalti is a leading fintech company specializing in finance automation solutions, serving over 5,000 global companies across various industries.
Key responsibilities include contacting suppliers via phone and email to gather payment processing information, generating and sending payment emails in a high-volume environment, ensuring prompt authorization and posting of payments, managing and resolving payment escalations, accurately posting all payments within service level agreements, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure precise payment processing details.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal English communication skills, reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, good communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders, the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and high standards of integrity. Preferred qualifications include experience with Excel and ticketing systems like Zendesk, as well as experience with payment systems or working in a fintech company.
