WPP Media is seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee influencer marketing strategies, manage campaign execution, analyze performance, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute effective influencer marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into influencer-led marketing strategies. The Campaign Manager will develop campaign roadmaps aligned with brand goals, target audiences, and platform trends, identify and evaluate relevant creators, oversee briefing, content approvals, and campaign rollouts across social platforms, and stay updated with evolving creator economy trends. Additionally, the role involves defining measurement frameworks for each campaign, tracking performance, analyzing results, preparing actionable reports, and recommending optimizations for future campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, with 4-7 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing. A strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem across multiple platforms, demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a strong analytical mindset are essential. A passion for digital culture, creators, and social-first storytelling, the ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously, and a willingness to travel for client meetings, influencer shoots, and industry events are also required.
