Campaign Analyst
The Campaign Analyst at Appier plays a pivotal role in managing and executing advertising campaigns using the company's proprietary AI platform. This position is integral to Appier's mission of transforming AI into tangible business outcomes, operating within a dynamic team that collaborates across sales, account management, product development, and data analysis.
Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing multinational advertising campaigns, formulating localized strategies, and ensuring precise execution to meet client objectives. The analyst is tasked with analyzing campaign data, configuring automated optimization processes, and conducting experiments to enhance performance. Additionally, the role involves adjusting AI models to improve system effectiveness and providing historical data and performance estimates to support business development efforts.
Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience, with a background in real-time bidding (RTB) or programmatic buying considered advantageous. A passion for digital advertising and emerging technologies is essential, along with proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables. Flexibility to work occasional odd hours, including one weekend shift per month, is required. A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is necessary, as well as business-level fluency in English, demonstrated by standardized test scores such as TOEIC 750+, TOEFL 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, experience with automation tools such as Zapier, and basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms like Tableau. Understanding the ad tech ecosystem, including mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and mobile attribution, is also beneficial.
