Calculator Ventilatie

As a Calculator Ventilatie at ComTIS Ventilation, you will be the technical backbone of our ventilation projects. ComTIS Ventilation specializes in the installation and cleaning of ventilation systems for residential markets, offices, schools, and government buildings, and is part of the Vanhout Group. This role is based in Malle and involves close collaboration with project leaders, draftsmen, technicians, and suppliers to ensure each project is both technically and financially well-prepared.

Your primary responsibilities include performing calculations, preparing offers and cost estimates, and managing work preparation tasks such as creating material lists, purchase orders, and providing technical support. You will also solicit and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, support project management with pricing inquiries and potential adjustments, and analyze plans and specifications to make accurate calculations.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electromechanics, HVAC, Installation Techniques, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or possesses equivalent experience. Experience in calculation or work preparation within the construction or installation technology sectors is essential. Strong analytical skills, precision, good communication abilities, a hands-on mentality, and the capacity to work independently are also required.
