The Business Unit Manager (BUMa) at Eurofins Environment Testing in Phoenix, AZ, is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations to ensure positive operating margins and achievement of annual budgets. This role involves supervising all laboratory personnel, providing leadership, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to manage budgets and develop policies are also necessary.
