Business Support Officer
As a Business Support Officer at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with Account Managers and technical experts to develop high-quality quotations and client-facing materials. This role is integral to the Business Unit NBLSC, located at the Bio Science Park in Leiden, where we specialize in analytical testing for pharmaceutical raw materials and products, serving a diverse range of national and international clients.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing quotations, maintaining and improving quotation templates, and ensuring the accuracy of client and commercial data within CRM and LIMS systems. Additionally, you will contribute to projects aimed at optimizing workflows and enhancing Business Support processes, fostering effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
We are seeking candidates with an HBO-Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields, ideally with 0-2 years of experience. A strong interest in molecular biology, (bio)chemistry, organic chemistry, and analytical chemistry is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work proactively both independently and within a team.
