Business Solutions Program Manager
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Business Solutions Program Manager to join our Growth team in Madrid. Our mission is to democratize access to culture and entertainment through cutting-edge technology and data-driven approaches. The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets, ensuring our partners and experiences perform as expected, and facilitating their growth within the Fever ecosystem.
In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives that impact team operations, ensuring peak performance across departments. You will guide projects from inception to implementation and change management, play an integral part in defining and implementing AI strategies, and lead the development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes to meet strategic objectives. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements, enhance overall efficiency, and align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures. Engaging with department managers worldwide, you will take ownership of key processes across 50+ countries and diverse nationalities from day one.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics and brings over five years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation. You should demonstrate ownership, high levels of accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, a bias towards data-based decision-making, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
