WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals.

- Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
