Business Producer

Monks is seeking a versatile Business Producer to join our Tokyo office. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships and overseeing the production of various digital creative projects, including commercial landing pages, banners, video and still assets, film projects, television commercials, and digital content. As a key liaison between clients and our in-house teams, you will ensure that projects align with client objectives and are delivered to the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction by effectively communicating project goals and expectations to our internal teams. You will oversee the production process, maintaining full visibility on milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, hours, and project scope, proactively identifying and addressing any risks or changes to maintain financial and operational accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production, with a proven track record of delivering large, multi-channel digital projects. You should possess strong conceptual skills and a passion for digital platforms and content creation. Excellent organizational abilities are essential, as you will be managing multiple priorities, maintaining clear documentation, and tracking project milestones. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
