Additionally, the manager supports strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are met and provides data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possesses over eight years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles. A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive-level exposure. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution is crucial.
