In this role, the Business Performance Associate will play a key part in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team. Responsibilities include analyzing commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans, supporting strategic planning and forecasting to achieve business targets, and providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to enhance revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering and have over four years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles. A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning, and be comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure, are also required.
