ROLE OVERVIEW

You are the operational core of Veloq. This role covers executive support, business operations, and the internal systems that keep a fast-scaling startup from falling apart at the seams. You will work directly with the CEO, own internal processes end-to-end, and be the person who notices what needs to be fixed before anyone else does.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / THE POSITION TO PERFORM

Business Operations

- Manage contracts, invoicing, and vendor relationships end-to-end

- Own administration and coordination with internal stakeholders in finance, HR, and legal to ensure compliance within the Group

- Own the company's administrative infrastructure

Internal Systems & Tools

- Build and maintain the internal tools that keep the team aligned and efficient

- Own the project management and communication stack

- Create and maintain SOPs for key business processes as the company scales
