Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Operations leader who can operate across strategy and execution. This is a high-trust role: you will help drive company priorities, keep complex efforts moving, and raise the quality bar on how we communicate and operate. You will work directly with leadership and partner closely with engineering, product, and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, driven, comfortable in ambiguity, and excited to build the operating system of a fast-moving company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Drive critical initiatives end-to-end: define the plan, align stakeholders, manage execution, and ensure outcomes.

- Company strategy support: build crisp analyses, frame decisions, and help leadership prioritize and communicate direction.
Partnerships and external relationships: support deal conversations, coordinate cross-functional follow-through, and help structure/track partnerships.

- Legal and contracts support: manage contract workflows, coordinate with counsel, and keep terms, timelines, and stakeholders organized (not acting as the attorney, but making the process efficient and correct).

- Team building and special projects: help stand up new functions and processes, support hiring efforts, and lead “whatever it takes” projects that unblock the team.
Operations and facilities: help ensure the office and day-to-day business operations run smoothly as we scale.
