Business Operations & Automation Intern
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Business Operations & Automation Intern to join our Category Management team in Madrid. This team is instrumental in driving marketplace growth by shaping sales strategies, optimizing content, and ensuring top-quality standards across all listings. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting our mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.
In this role, you will support our sales teams by introducing automations and tools to expand their capabilities. You will identify and address inconsistencies in our CRM databases, assess problems, and collaborate with commercial teams to resolve them, deploying automations to increase self-service capabilities. Additionally, you will provide direct support for Sales Enablement projects, focusing on process mapping and creating documentation, playbooks, and tutorials for other teams. Collaboration with diverse teams across different markets in an international environment spanning up to 40 countries will be a key aspect of your day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, with additional languages being a plus. A background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy is preferred, along with comfort in working with numbers and leveraging analytics tools for strategic decision-making. Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets features, such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like IF, SUMIF, and COUNTIF, is essential. Additionally, strong technical skills or a willingness to develop skills in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable are desired. The candidate should be naturally organized and process-oriented, capable of documenting processes effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
