Business Management Paralegal

Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman (GRF), a leading full-service business management firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Management Paralegal to support legal and operational activities related to business management agreements and services. This role primarily focuses on assisting GRF's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel (GC), as well as the Focus Legal team, in the preparation, execution, and ongoing administration of business management agreements and related documentation. The position is based in Century City, CA, offering a hybrid work schedule that may require in-office presence for three or more days per week.
