BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Monks is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams to analyze digital conversations and metrics, providing actionable insights that drive our clients' communication and content strategies. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include processing and analyzing conversations across digital channels to identify key insights and brand opportunities. You will monitor daily brand-related conversations to detect communication opportunities or potential crises, generate weekly and monthly reports on content performance, and collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize platforms in terms of content, messaging, and format.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in content and digital data analysis, with proficiency in data visualization tools and a strong understanding of digital metrics. Strategic thinking focused on results, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with data, planning, and creative teams are essential. Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, and social listening tools is required.
