Business Growth Analyst (Madrid based)
Fever is seeking a Business Growth Analyst to join our Growth team in Madrid. As the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, Fever's mission is to democratize access to culture and entertainment through cutting-edge technology and data-driven approaches. The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring that our partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.
In this role, you will drive Fever's business plan across various markets by utilizing industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions. You will define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations. Collaborating across different markets and teams in an international atmosphere spanning up to 40 countries, you will establish and execute successful growth strategies.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role, with a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. Proficiency in leveraging big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions is essential. Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience are required. An advanced level of English is a must, and proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. A passion for industry trends and eagerness to explore new growth opportunities are highly valued.
