Business Growth Analyst

The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring that partners perform as expected, helping them grow within the platform. The Business Growth Analyst will drive Fever's business plan across various markets by utilizing industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics, optimizing operations, and collaborating with different markets and teams to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role, with a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. Proficiency in leveraging big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions is essential. Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience are required, along with fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. A passion for industry trends and eagerness to explore new growth opportunities are also important.
