Utilizing proprietary software, you will deliver high-quality data inputs and collaborate with technical staff to enhance the efficiency of annotation tools. Interpreting, analyzing, and executing tasks based on evolving instructions with precision and adaptability is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of practical operations experience in roles focused on business operations, process improvement, or leadership in manufacturing or service operations. Proficiency in process mapping and operations tools, including Lucidchart, Visio, and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, is required. Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also valuable. Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational inefficiencies, conducting root cause analysis, and making informed trade-off decisions are crucial. Additionally, the ability to navigate resources like SOPs, KPI dashboards, quality reports, and performance metrics is necessary. Excellent reading comprehension, autonomous judgment, and a passion for technological advancements and innovation in business are essential.
