Strong judgment in evaluating maintenance priorities, vendor performance, and space utilization trade-offs is crucial. Additionally, the ability to navigate real estate resources like lease agreements, capital project plans, sustainability reports, and compliance checklists is expected. Excellent reading comprehension, autonomous judgment capabilities, and a passion for technological advancements and innovation in business are also essential.
