Business Director
As a Business Director at Monks, you will lead the partnership for one of the world's most iconic automotive accounts, overseeing a high-performance team to deliver social-first excellence. You will orchestrate a unified social presence across multiple markets, ensuring the brand's essence is translated into high-performing, culturally relevant content.
Your key responsibilities include developing and executing long-term client strategies that align with the client's brand roadmap, leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will oversee the delivery of complex scopes of work across social, production, experience, and data, ensuring operational excellence and perfect delivery.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a lead role managing high-value, interdisciplinary work. Exceptional strategic capabilities, deep mastery of social media, and a strong background in the automotive industry are essential. Strong operational and commercial acumen, along with a proven track record of building trust-based relationships with top-tier advertisers, are also required.
