Business Development - Tox CRO

Eurofins Advinus is seeking a Business Development professional to manage activities for Adgyl Services within the Indian territory. Eurofins Advinus is a premier preclinical and early development Contract Research Organization (CRO) offering services in drug discovery, regulatory toxicology, DMPK, analytical R&D, and API CDMO. With over 30 years of GLP compliance, the company serves diverse industries including biotech, pharmaceutical, biological, agrochemical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic sectors.

The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in preclinical research domains such as pharmacology, toxicology, and ADME. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO sectors, understanding client requirements, and aligning them with the company's service offerings. The position also requires preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations, collaborating with technical teams to address client queries, conducting market research to identify trends and growth areas, achieving sales targets, and maintaining CRM records with regular reporting on business development activities.

Candidates should possess an MS/M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, or Zoology. The role requires a strong customer network, positive relationships, and knowledge of agreement execution in toxicology business development. Proficiency with CRM tools, excellent presentation and communication skills, and experience in meeting monthly sales targets are essential.
