a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking a Business Development Support Officer (Admin) to join their Online Merchant team. This role is integral to managing administrative tasks and supporting the Business Development (BD) Online SME team in fostering relationships with online merchants.

The primary responsibilities include handling cooperation agreement documents such as PKS, NDA, CL, Novation, and Addendum, ensuring their proper signing, archiving, and delivery both internally and externally. The officer will coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to facilitate the circulation and completion of these documents and support the BD team in maintaining both softcopy and hardcopy archives. Additionally, the role involves performing monthly reconciliations of transactions from merchants, coordinating with merchants regarding billing amounts, submitting payment requests to Finance, preparing sales reports, and managing data entry for merchant registrations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related analytical field. A minimum of one year of experience as an administrative officer is preferred; however, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
