Business Development Support Officer (Admin) - Digital Insurance

This role is integral to supporting the company's mission of simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online, enabling users to compare and apply without visiting a bank. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless integration and operation of digital insurance products.
Key responsibilities include managing the Product Masterfile and addressing integration-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders. The officer will coordinate with the Business Intelligence and Product teams to resolve data discrepancies, ensuring system records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the role involves analyzing current products, supporting market research on targeted clients, assisting in product configuration based on business requirements, and performing monthly invoice reconciliations for existing clients and partners. The officer will also compile essential documentation to track projects effectively and coordinate with Claims and Customer Service teams to resolve client issues.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field from a reputable university. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in a similar Business Development or Sales Support role is preferred, as is prior work experience in consulting firms, insurance companies, or tech companies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex tasks, meet deadlines, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical skills.
