The Business Development Support Assistant Supervisor - Digital Insurance at plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting the company's digital insurance operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing monthly reconciliations for existing clients and partners, handling documentation and data compilation, and coordinating with the Claims team to resolve client issues. The role also involves working with the Business Intelligence and Product teams to address data discrepancies and ensure accurate system records. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with analyzing current products and market trends, supporting Business Development Managers, managing client accounts receivable and partner insurance accounts payable portfolios, and overseeing monthly client incentives.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a keen attention to detail. Experience in a similar Business Development or Sales Support leadership role is preferred. Prior work experience in consulting firms, insurance companies, or technology companies is considered advantageous.
