Business Development Senior Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and cultivating deep business relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry. You will expertly manage contract negotiations with large partners, ensuring sustainable economics and long-lasting value for both parties. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Japan and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role, preferably in a major ticketing company. Business fluency in English is essential. A strong desire to bring on new businesses, as well as grow and manage an existing book of business, is crucial. Self-starter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to business and task prioritization are also key qualifications.
