Business Development Representative

In this role, the SDR will engage prospects through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative methods, to identify and connect with potential clients. Collaborating closely with the sales team, the SDR will educate prospects on Wellhub's offerings, manage expectations, overcome objections, and work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and effectively communicating the value of Wellhub's services.
Ideal candidates should be team-oriented, tenacious, and goal-driven, with a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are essential. The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, along with experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is advantageous. A passion for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being aligns well with Wellhub's mission.
