ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptionally driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to drive Synthflow AI’s expansion into complex enterprise organisations across Europe. You will play a critical role in shaping our European enterprise motion. Not simply executing a playbook, but helping build it. Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, you will target multi-layered organisations, map sophisticated buying centres, and generate executive-level conversations that evolve into long-term partnerships. This role offers early exposure to high-value enterprise sales and a clear path into Enterprise Sales or strategic GTM leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategically identify and prioritise enterprise accounts across a defined European territory.
- Conduct deep account research to uncover AI initiatives, digital transformation projects, and executive priorities.
- Map multi-threaded buying committees across business, IT, and operations stakeholders.
- Generate and own high-quality outbound pipeline through insight-led, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling).
- Penetrate complex organisations by crafting tailored messaging aligned to enterprise-level ROI and operational impact.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to develop territory plans, coordinate account strategies, and accelerate deal momentum.
