Business Development Representative
Fever is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Buenos Aires. In this position, you will proactively research and identify businesses that align with Secret Media Network's audience and content channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and scheduling discovery calls. You will also prepare for outreach by understanding each prospect's brand, industry, and marketing objectives, maintain organized records of activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with editorial teams to understand advertising products and storytelling approaches.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, curious, and eager to start a career in ad sales within a fast-growing media and entertainment company. You should have internship experience at a tech company, media company, consultancy, or up to one year of experience in client-facing, sales, or business development roles. A strong self-starter mindset, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and comfort using productivity tools and CRMs are essential. A genuine interest in Fever, Secret Media Network, and the city's entertainment, culture, and lifestyle scene is also important.
