Eurofins is seeking a Business Development Manager for Small Molecules to join our BioPharma Product Testing laboratories in Switzerland. This role focuses on expanding our client base within the pharmaceutical sector, emphasizing small molecule analysis services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering client relationships to support Eurofins' mission of delivering high-quality analytical testing services.

Key responsibilities include acquiring and developing clients in the Swiss pharmaceutical market, providing tailored advice on small molecule analysis services, and preparing proposals for testing pharmaceutical products and raw materials. The role also involves planning and organizing sales activities to achieve targets, attending relevant conferences and workshops, collaborating with partner laboratories within the Eurofins network, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Candidates should possess a degree in natural sciences such as chemistry or pharmacy, along with sales experience and a passion for customer service. Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis is essential, as are excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in standard computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems, is required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary, and candidates must be willing to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland.
