A business-related degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the travel industry, are required. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a global mindset and comfort working across different cultural backgrounds and time zones, are essential. A start-up attitude, characterized by high collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset, is also important. Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools are advantageous.
