CarOnSale is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead the development of new sales channels and strategic projects within Europe's leading B2B automotive marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the executive team, including the CEO and CCO, to drive growth and innovation in the digital automotive trade sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic sales projects from initial market analysis and client acquisition to successful implementation. Key duties include overseeing key accounts, particularly OEMs and large fleets, to ensure sustainable national and international scaling. Additionally, the role involves identifying and engaging new clients, developing them into long-term partners, and optimizing internal sales processes to enhance team efficiency and performance.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology-driven, dynamic environment. Proven success in client acquisition and development, along with strong project management skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach, are essential. Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
