Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with prospective partners, crafting go-to-market strategies, coordinating with internal teams to align product offerings, and driving execution to meet ambitious growth targets. You will also analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and contribute insights that inform company strategy.
The ideal candidate brings several years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or management consulting, ideally within the automotive, mobility, or tech sectors. Strong analytical abilities, a hands-on mentality, and an entrepreneurial approach are essential. A proven track record of successful stakeholder management, fluency in both German and English, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
