In this position, the Business Development Manager will lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact business development initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programs, and thought leadership campaigns. Candidates should possess an appropriate undergraduate or postgraduate degree and have at least five years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within the Business Development team and with other departments, exhibit confidence in dealing with partners and senior stakeholders, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The role requires the ability to prioritize and manage workload under pressure, a high degree of attention to detail, and proven service delivery skills.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a monthly salary range between SGD 8,300 and SGD 16,500.
