What You’ll Do

- Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key insurer partners.

- Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and executing high-impact projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, programs, and partnership solutions.

- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, identify trends, and drive competitive advantage.

- Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and generate insights to improve outcomes.

- Represent BJAK at meetings, events, and forums - ensuring our vision and values are clearly communicated.

- Anticipate partner needs and proactively solve problems to maximize impact.
