The Business Development Manager, Biotherapeutic at Eurofins Discovery is responsible for promoting and achieving sales targets for biotherapeutic services within South Korea. This role supports the global biotherapeutics strategy by developing new relationships with companies focused on large molecule discovery and uncovering new opportunities for Eurofins Discovery's biotherapeutics business.

Key responsibilities include selling Eurofins Discovery's biotherapeutic services within the assigned territory, contributing to the global biotherapeutics and translational biology business development strategy in the Asia Pacific region, and collaborating with scientific teams in the US and Taiwan. The role also involves maintaining high-level client relationships through regular meetings, both face-to-face and virtual, and working with sales and operations teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Pharmacology, Biology, Chemistry, Oncology, Immunology, or a related life science field, with demonstrated experience in selling large molecule discovery services. An excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical drug development process, particularly for biotherapeutics, is essential. Strong business development, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to travel up to 40% of the time to meet revenue objectives.
